Ticket Desk, Subscription, Pass

From Saturday 3th to Friday 16th April included, the ticket desk will be open at the Les Unelles Centre in Coutances (or by mail order) for those who wish to subscribe and for works councils and Mozaïc card holders.
Only point of sale: Coutances (at the Les Unelles Centre and by mail order).

From Saturday 17th April
The ticket desk is open to all. At other points of sale, tickets are sold at full price or special prices for children, youths, students and the unemployed.
At the Coutances ticket desk the public can subscribe, buy the Pass or any other type of ticket.

From April 17th, tickets can be bought by telephone (instant payment by credit card) on 02 33 76 78 68 (open Monday to Saturday and throughout the festival).

There are no other points of sale, but tickets may be bought by mail order. Please download the Order Form (PDF, 2 Mo) and send it with your choices and a cheque corresponding to the total amount to: Jazz sous les pommiers - Les Unelles - B.P. 524 - 50205 Coutances cedex France

The tickets known as “Subscription” and “Pass” and all the other tickets, except for the full price and student-youth-unemployed tickets, may only be bought in Coutances or by mail order.
Subscription
To subscribe, just buy three full price tickets for three different concerts.
For any additional tickets bought, you pay the subscriber’s price which is generally € 6 off most concerts. You also get priority (buy tickets from 3th to 16th April), free entry to the Jazz Club in the Les Unelles Centre cellar (Les Caves des Unelles) and free entry to concerts No. 26.
Caution: this subscription is an individual subscription.
Subscribe by buying tickets to three different concerts, excluding concerts No.6, 20, 24, 25, 29 and 38 (see order form).
Finally, the “Pass” tickets are not included in the subscription offer.

Pass
This ticket is not a subscription but a special day pass which allows the holder to see two concerts one after the other and for a special price. The Pass tickets are explained on the order form at the end of the schedules for each day. There are also the “847 Pass”, the “847+Tinariwen Pass” and the “Discover Pass” (see details at the bottom of the order form).

Refunds
Tickets will neither be refunded nor exchanged.
Works Councils

Children, Youths (- 20 years), students, unemployed
From April 4th, the subscriber ticket price is available upon presentation of recent documentary proof (if you purchase tickets by mail order, send a photocopy of your documentary proof and show the original when you withdraw your tickets).
Children
Except for “Dimanche en fanfares” "ciné-concert Malec Forgeron de Buster Keaton", none of the ticketed shows is aimed at children. For these two shows, subscribers may purchase tickets for children by accompanying them from March 22nd. During the “Dimanche en fanfares” show, children under 6 years old may participate free.
Seating
Seating is not numbered in any of the venues, however in the Marcel-Hélie Hall the first 1100 tickets sold are on the GROUND FLOOR and the following 300 are on the FIRST FLOOR, there is no link between the two levels. All venues are seated , excepted the open air concerts of the “Dimanche en fanfares” show and some of the Magic Mirrors concerts.
Jazz Club (Caves des Unelles)
For the concerts starting at 12.30 midnight, tickets are not available beforehand. Tickets are bought on the door of the Jazz Club: doors open at midnight and close at 3 a.m.

Throughout the festival, the ticket desk is situated in the foyer of Coutances theatre.
